The VIP complex at Teddy Stadium was designed as an island of quiet and luxury within the intense sports arena. It is a boutique hosting area, providing a high-standard experience for a limited and exclusive crowd. The main challenge was creating a space that radiates intimacy and style, yet is prepared for intensive and concentrated use on game days, with the ability for quick recovery on routine days.

The Design and Technical Response To achieve the desired look without compromising the durability of the complex, we chose the following solutions:

Lobby and corridor flooring: Flooring with wide-format (120×120) porcelain tiles from ITALGRANITI. We chose tiles with a PEI 5 wear rating, which provides maximum durability for traffic. The matte finish and mineral tones (coastal stone and warm concrete) create a calm and non-reflective atmosphere, suitable for boutique design.

Sanitary ware: Wall-hung toilets and sinks from DURAVIT. A combination of clean design with simple maintenance and durability for intensive use.
